Rueducommerce's Q3 revenue declines 16% Y/Y

28 January 2011 - French online electronics retailer Rueducommerce.com (EPA:RDC) reported yesterday a revenue of EUR104.7m (USD142m) for the third quarter of fiscal 2010/11, down 15.8% on the year.
Sales in the three months to December, including the revenue of affiliates, totalled EUR124.4m, down 8.9%.

Rueducommerce's sales fell 10% to EUR237.2m in the first nine months of the year.

The company, however, confirmed its expectations for a largely positive second half in terms of profitability.

CEO Gauthier Picquart told daily La Tribune that his company may consider external growth opportunities in fiscal 2011/12.

Today, Rueducommerce had plunged by 6.38% to EUR6.46 on Euronext Paris by 15:23 CET.
